Personal Growth Journeys: Hi, I’m Jessica Tam! I’m a mom of three, a former fashion designer, and a business owner. For years, my career was all about non-stop travel—exciting but exhausting. Over time, I felt burned out and, more importantly, guilty about not being there for my young kids. In 2017, I decided to take a step back and reevaluate my life. I returned to school to take accounting courses and explored my creative side through graphic design and drawing. Through meditation & self-reflection, I realized what I truly wanted: work-life balance and a meaningful career. At the end of 2023, I earned my real estate license—and then something unexpected happened. I grabbed a business card at a local Block Advisor office, connected with Bita Hamidi, and attended a WFG event. That one step outside my comfort zone introduced me to a community of like-minded people who inspire and support each other. Since March 2024, I’ve been part of WFG, growing, learning, and advocating for financial education.
